washer bottle

Would like to buy a plastic washer bottle for my convertible.The ones i have all have cracks in them.  Thanks.

Last time I checked, these are reproduced and Year One sells them.  Have you checked there?

Brian,i looked at the OPG catalog and they don't show the correct bottle for our 65's.Don't have the other catalog but i will check on-line.Thanks,Tom

I got mine from year one. I think it was 100 bucks!!!

Joe,the one they show is not correct for 65.Mine on both cars and the parts car i just got rid of all sit next to the battery bolted to the inside fender.

I just went to the Year One website, www.yearone.com and they have the correct plastic washer bottle listed.  It's the one that fits under the fender, bolted to the inner fender and next to the battery.  Item number is BM3405, for $79.95.

Thats the one I bought. kinda sticks under the fender half way.

Here it is. I do remember that the new lid broke off in my hand the first time I touched it. So I took the original lid out of my broken tank and put it on the new tank. So be careful with the lid.

Has anyone tried the jar from Fusick?  They claim it fits the 65 GS.  My car doesn't have one so I can't tell.  I've attached a picture.  Price is more friendly at $38.00 if it's the right one.

I R&R the washer bottle today and I'm back do'in the Happy Dance.For anyone needing one it's a exact repo. Fusick's price was 38.00 very reasonable dollars.Didn't care to much for the 10.00 shipping and handling and insurance but still a hell of a lot better than what Y.O. wants.I give it two thumbs up! Tom
