Power Windows
« on: May 15, 2009, 11:01:09 PM »
A huge public thanks to Loren Alexander for dropping off my power window door panels, motor, regulators and wiring tonite. These panels were obtained from Brian Stone. So in the last month, they've gone from NC to Nebraska. They left Nebraska this am for Fargo/Moorhead, MN. From there, they came to the Twin Cities. Pretty well travelled.

Loren is in River Falls to be at his daughters graduation from College. He has another one graduating next year. Congratulations to them!

I was in Fargo yesterday morning, and would have gladly misdirected them northward to my garage, had they arrived then. ;D

Glad to hear that things worked out for your now well travelled power window set up.

Guys,
Thanks much Chris and it's just good to help out in some small way. Since I was the one to get Mark into the mess of a full body off resto by showing him how easy it is to take one apart. What you say, Mark?

The easy part is taking things apart, Mark is doing a great job plugging along and putting it back together.  Many would have caved in and bailed long ago. I am looking forward to seeing that car on the road again and it will deffinately be a head turner.

Next week or so , the concrete goes in the 30'X40' storage area of my shop. Then I turn to clearing out the shop[ to be] area and get it ready for concrete also.
